topic MySky account incorrect in Broadband

i have been using MySky account to test and troubleshoot issues with my WiFi hub this week- it was showing as all correct but when I contacted Sky they had to send me a new hub. My new hub has arrived and I have set it up. It has now become apparent when changing the details on the app that my sky app is connected to my neighbours and not mine. How can I switch to have control of my account on the app?

@WJ73 You will need to call Sky and get this sorted out. Just dial 150 on your landline and listen through the voice prompts, ignore if it tries to send you a text and to stay on the line to speak to an advisor.
