&lt;P&gt;It sounds like you have a line fault and you'll need to contact Sky for an engineer to be assigned to look at the fault. First, use the Sky App whilst connected to mobile network and see whether a line test will allow you to book an engineer to investigate.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
