    <description>&lt;P&gt;The internet has gone off .. this happened two weeks ago also. &amp;nbsp;The router is very warm to touch. &amp;nbsp;We have unplugged it and will leave it for a while. &amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I think we may need a new router box?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Did you contact Sky to report the outage? Sky usually dont automatically recongise an outage.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The Sky hub is completely normal to be warm to the touch, its not a problem if it comes too hot that it burns.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
