Hi,

Could this possibly be the ethernet connections on the Max Pod? Mac address comes back as unknown but states unicast.

Its the only thing I can think of.

Hi, I have the Max Hub and a Max Pod. Looking at my list of connected devices there is one device that I am unsure about. All the others are identifiable. Its a Netgear device. Info states its generic. I can only pause this device, not fully remove. I have no idea what it is. I definitely did not add it so is this a standard default device for the hub? Any ideas? Thanks.

Issue resolved, post can be deleted.

For some reason a mobile had changed to Netgear on connected devices list.
