Losing wi if connection

For the last 2 days, I keep losing connection to internet. The light goes orange on rooter. Then have to wait for it to go back to green. Have pressed the restart button. But it has continued today. Starts in afternoon. Am getting ready fed up with it. As it's constant. Especially when I need to go onto internet. We have got a new Q box. That's running fine. Have had it a week.
