Internet connection dropping out

Throughout the afternoon our internet connection has been dropping - the power and wifi lights on the router are green but the connection light is off. Have run all the online tests several times and it says no issue but we cannot stay connected, which is a problem as we work from home!

The same is happening to me. Every 5 mins. Total disaster
