Very slow WiFi speeds since full fibre installed

Just over three weeks ago we had full fibre installed and since then I've noticed the speeds just browsing the internet or social media to be extremely slow at certain times of the day. Speed to the router according to sky is 109mbps but when I do broadband speed checks it varies wildly between 1mbps and around 50mbps but is often around 8 or 9 mbps which is slower than it was prior to having full fibre installed.
