My son is trying to download a new game and the download speed has dropped massively since he last did a download

@Donna2806 to check the speed of your connection log onto the My Sky app run the service Check and click through to test the broadbsnd and it will show the current speed, the guaranteed minimum and tge recent history. Given Sky only guarantee speeds to the hub if your son is using WiFi then the slow down can be caused by wifi conditions changing.

Last point is if its a popular download servers often ration connection speeds so more people can connect.
