    <description>&lt;P&gt;despite having had numerous calls with Sky (and an engineer attend site to fit a booster), we still have major fluctuations with the broadband. We can only assume that this is related to the BT line coming in as it drops in &amp;amp; out everytime a bus / lorry goes past.... why can't Sky help resolve this issue?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This has been going on for teh past 3 years and is still happening&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Probably because external lines are the remit of Openreach, not any individual ISP, and realistically Openreach is in the process of abandoning copper circuits as it pushes forward with the national optical network rollout.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
