    <description>&lt;P&gt;We have had sky fibre fitted a few months ago.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The speed, according to the sky speed checker is fine. the speed on other devices are 30mbps even though the router is kicking out 130mbps, but I think I understand that.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The issue is though.&amp;nbsp; The connection is constantly dropping off so the VPN on my work laptop kicks me out of teams etc.&lt;BR /&gt;When you do a check it says everything is fine.&amp;nbsp; Yes in that moment it is but the constant split second drop offs are causing issues.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Also, even though the speeds are good on paper, videos are are often laggy.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;It like Sky have made it look like its a string signal but its atually diluted somehow.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;The first connection drop off I believe is because of a line fault but I cant find a way of asking for this to be checked.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;And the other ...&amp;nbsp; Not a clue&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
