SSID and password change

On Friday night I seemed to have completely lost all wifi but all indications pointed to it still working. The Wi-Fi light was on, Ethernet connected devices all worked, but none of my devices could find my SSID.

After much troubleshooting I've found my SSID and password have both changed. Is that something Sky would do or is that a hack?

@ianpaul1 did not see your earlier post but Sky cannot remotely change the SSID or password on a hub. Two possibilities if you had set your own settings a hub reset would cause them to return to the factory defaults resets can rarely be caused by firmware uodates or user action.

Second is somebody else has accessed the hub's interface from your home network and changed the settings without telling you. This cannot be done remotely unless you have enabled remote management of the hub's interface. If you even suspect this may have happened change both the WiFi password and the hub's admin password to prevent it happening again.See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/find-and-change-your-wireless-password
