    <description>My WiFi speed is varying from 4mbps to 20 max. My speed should ve much higher than this on the superfast fibre package. Doing the test om the app says their is a problem and my router is slower than usual. It is plugged in correctly to the master socket and in a well positioned high location not close to any thick walls or microwave producing devices. Help!</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4223365"&gt;@Chloeprice30&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;its not 100% clear if the app is telling you the connection to the hub is running slowly or tge WiFi from the hub to your devices is slow. The former needs to be reported to Sky so they can get your line checked however given the very wet weather many copper lines are affected and Openreach may not accept a fault report. Once the lines dry out things shoud get back to normal.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;WiFi speed shouldn't gave changed going by what you have posted but in case a neighbour's network is causing interference try rebooting your hub by switching of the power for a few seconds as that should make it find the best channel to use.&lt;/P&gt;
