    <description>&lt;P&gt;Continue to experience intermittent fault on the broadband connection dropping out. Contacted Sky and they have now escalated the issue to their broadband team. Really do hope they get this sorted as ongoing now for almost a month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Intermittent broadband connection</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Located NE Scotland IV36 area. For the past week I have been experiencing intermittent broadband connection with varying intervals ranging from a few seconds to a couple of minutes where there is no internet connection available. When checking my Sky router at this time, all the lights are green.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky recently sent me a new router however this has not fixed the problem. Also noticed times when the phone line was unavailable and again green light showing on the router. Have tried all the shutting down the power and reset router with no effect.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I know that Openreach are presently running new cable close to my location and suspect this might have something to do with my faults. Anyone else in this location experiencing similar issues?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
