Hi all, this afternoon our internet has stopped working. Done all the checks and have the power light and the WiFi light but no internet light. Sky are saying wait until Tuesday for an engineer. We have no services working, no TV, no internet, no phone. This is ridiculous. Does anyone know a solution or something else I can try.

Getting an appointment for Tuesday is pretty good. It will be the earliest available appointment in your area anyway.
