    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4220397"&gt;@Klamb1&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;Nobody here knows who you are as your forum name is not linked to your Sky account, so it will be impossible for anyone here to look in to it for you.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You need to run the connection test via the app or from your account, if it finds a fault it should offer you the option of booking an engineer, if it doesn't offer you that option you will have to call to report the fault, be aware the target time for Openreach to attend and fix is 2 working days after the fault is reported and that mean tuesday at the earliest, working from home will not get you any priority as you are using a domestic only service.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
