    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have sky now broadband activated on the 16th Sept 2024 and found through a comparison site. I remeber it stating a few times during the set up process that the upfront cost (£5) would be refunded after the first bill. I remeber a sellign point of the offer was that there was no upfront costs.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I can't seem to find anywhere where it says this and I have not been refunded.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help would be greatly applreciated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;(on a seperate note our internet speeds are very intermittent at the moment and do not reach some devices in our flat. have spoken to sky on the phone and done a reset but this has not helped- they refused to send out a wifi booster)&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
