topic Red light on Sky Hub Max in Broadband

Hi, I switched to sky broadband this morning. I had a text saying everything is ready, so proceeded to set up the sky hub max router. I turned it on and the light is red. I have been through the service checker and no fault is found. I called the help number and went through the steps and was then redirected back to the service checker. Is there anyway I can talk to someone?

@jamesn123 thanks for replying. I had the text that it was ready as the open reach engineer had switched me over. The line has been tested online and by a call to the automated phone line, and there is nothing wrong apparently.
