Are you having a laugh, of course I'm a sky subscriber, yes I'm using Wi-Fi. My kids are going to lose the plot, from I've upgraded my speed varies from 5 to 200, usually in the low region, it's currently around 90.

@Stephen16279 nobody is having a laugh simply pointing out that speeds over WiFi to devices in your home will vary due to how far they are from the hub and what lies in between. Check your hub is out in the open on a surface above obvious obstructions like radiators etc and in the area near tge hub you should see decent speeds however depending on how your home is built speeds will drop as the signal loses strength passing through walls etc if tgecwalls are brick or worse stone you lose more spedd than plasterboard. Allof this is outside Sky's control which is why they only guarantee speeds to your hub.

If you want decent WiFi speeds in bedrooms on different floors then you will need more than the free hub Sky give you. You can buy their WiFi Max add-on see https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max or do as Indo like many others buy your own wholechome wifi system using multiple units.
