      <description>&lt;P&gt;Now Oct 2024.. got the same issuetrying to switch my broadband to Sky. LONG discussion with Sky, blamed my end despite the fact I am able to access the 'join' pages of other providers! I give up.. utterly useless customer service. I am a Glass user and mobile user both of which are up for grabs but VERY UNLIKELY to be with Sky... useless&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;PS cannot access Sky 'sales' pages by any route.. direct to website or via any switching service.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Offered deals during chat but not as good as via Uswitch etc, I feel scammed..&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Your issue appears to be different as to this old topic you have posted in as that member had an issue using a link to add Sky Cinema to their account.&lt;/P&gt;

&lt;P&gt;What issue are you having, I take it you are trying to place a Sky Broadband order so is the website not working ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They offered but their deal was not as good as those offered by online comparison/switching sites, or as good as those offered by those sites for other providers. I contacted Sky to ask why the comparison site sign up wouldn't work but went round in circles and got fed up with being told it is my fault even though I could sign up with other providers through the same site (followed sign up process right up to the 'finish' button)&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I had same issue - went online on different devices, Mobile, Laptop and Ipad all gave me the - cannot complete your order - technical issue - call this number&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried even on my works PC so not on the same connection and again same as above. I ended up paying more for sky full Fibre than was advertised when I called to get the installation/buy the package. I have Phone &amp;amp; Sky Stream&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now I'm stuck with no broadband as after the instal last Friday - and the engineer left I have a flashing light {PON} and no connection ... Sky TBH are hopeless and have given me no idea when this will be recitfied ... I'm seriously thinking of cancelling this and going to EE or someone else&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
