    <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes sky arranged for engineer to come out on 11/10/24 .&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Never turned up . Apparently it didn't go through to open reach but still showing on my sky app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sky unable to arrange another visit until the last one has gone from my account.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Seems I always have problems &lt;span class="lia-unicode-emoji" title=":confused_face:"&gt;😕&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
