It is possible you are not logging in with the right Sky id it needs to be linked to the email address you used when you signed up. Also check your spam filter as Sky's emails often end up there.

I'm switching from virgin over to the 500mbps full fibre using a friend refer a friend code, but when it gets to the screen of inputting my account number for virgin and my email (I'm logged in ) it states it's loading this may take a minute then does nothing puts me back on to the input screen. I have however had an email from virgin stating that they've received a 'thinking of leaving' request but nothing else specifically nothing from sky side? I've looked in my products, emails, the mobile app but nothing there. Virgin email states a switching code. Anyone have any insight into if this has gone through or it's all in limbo?

Thank you for the reply,

I managed to get through on the phone and sorted the switch, unsure about refer a friend as they stated can be done later
