      <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband started off at £20 something a month then went up to £30 something a month now your upping it to £40 something a month. I haven't received a email to state why the payment increase. I am paying nearly the same price for my glass tv package. Not happy to pay £40 something just for Internet&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;What the agent probably meant was that your package offer price wouldnt change for 2yrs as you would be in a minimum term contract. However all packages from all ISPs are subject to the yearly price increase in line with RPI.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
