First my box never arrived, then the wifi didn't work for days and now it keeps going in an out of being connected and i'm on important calls missing what's said for 5 minutes every 10-20 minutes while it reconnects. Issues issues issues with sky i honestly recommend everyone swapping to a new broadband supplier, i have family with BT, Virgin and they aren't having these issues only sky.
