    <description>&lt;P&gt;This has not worked for me, been turned off over an hour , still no internet, tried resetting. Unplugged, plugged back in, tried unplugging open reach box where fibre comes in, no joy , getting ridiculous now&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Same problem. A wired connection to a laptop is working but no WiFi to any devices. Don't want to restart router as I've had problems before and that's made it worse</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Where all the lights on a Sky hub are green (or justvte voice light is amber) but data doesn't flow is caused by a fault in the server at Sky's end managing your connection. You can normally sort this by powering down the hub for an hour or using the disconnect function in the web interface of the black hubs.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively you can sometimes work round the issue by adding a public DNS address to your devices like lap tops and phones network set up I use Google's public DNS on 8.8.8.8 &amp;amp; 8.8.4.4&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;An amber internet light is not the same issue as that indicates the hub is not connected to the exchange.       <description>&lt;P&gt;Morning, i have the same issue.&amp;nbsp; No changes made to the network since it was working last night.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Online service check says all ok.&amp;nbsp; (Well its not!)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All household devices connected to the router (i can see them in the router when logged into it)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No devices can connect to the interent (Wi-fi connected or hard wired)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Tried factory reset.&amp;nbsp; No change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The only thing im not sure about is the Primary and Secondary DNS servers under menu 'Maintenance -&amp;gt; Diagnostics' in the router are both stating 0.0.0.0 ????&amp;nbsp; Is this right?&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm Nort Yorkshire too, coincidentally we're upgrading to fibre in a few weeks and have an engineer booked so wondered if that is coincidental? Also in North Yorkshire. Have managed to get an Ethernet cable from a neighbour but it's been saying "obtaining IP address" for over 10 mins now.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
