      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4217217"&gt;@Stuart_Gray&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;try adding a public DNS address to the network settings on devices you use to access the web the free Google DNS is pretty fast add 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 to the list of DNS servers (you may need to change the DNS setting from automatic to manual to do that).&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
