topic Speed issues in Broadband

So why is it that my speed has been up and down the last few weeks but is dreadful over the last 3 days. Only getting 16Mb with a guarantee of 37Mb. When going through the app checker it says it is meeting the guaranteed speed? I then have the dashboard showing that speed has not been met and I can ask for money back or terminate the contract early. I would prefer they fix the speed issue but I don't even get an option to talk or chat with anyone who can support. Customer service is poor and I want the speed issue solving. Already done everything I can at my end.
