This is becoming common on newer routers as they can use WiFi channels which are normally reserved for higher priority users like radar, emergencyvservices and the like so can only be used wherectge hub does not detect those in your area.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You can leave Sky without penalty in the first 31 days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Good morning&lt;BR /&gt;How do I change my WiFi channel&lt;BR /&gt;I've had sky less than a month and the WiFi is useless.&lt;BR /&gt;I had none of these problems with EE or BT&lt;BR /&gt;It's ridiculous.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My Hive app will not connect most days due to the useless WiFi signal from the sky hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please don't blame devices and where my hub is as nothing has changed except a useless sky hub.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I regret changing to sky already after 3 weeks&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

I have managed to cancel my sky under the 31 day cooling off.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I had issues with WiFi disconnected on numerous devices.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks to you I acted on the information immediately.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Many thanks once again&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
