    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;our internet keeps dropping and can take 30 minutes or longer before it's back. At times I have to press reset on the hub and reconnect the SkyQ box. Further more we have an external building that previously&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;picked up the signal well, and no longer does. These issues are all since having the Ultra installed - not so ultra when I work from home and need suitable access to the internet but it now keeps dropping! Why are these issues happening now when they were not before and what is being done to prevent it happening? When will this stop happening? I believe I can leave the contract in the next couple&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;of days with no obligations so I will start looking for alternative supplies in case&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;you are not able to answer my&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;questions and the service is not satisfactory.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3739050"&gt;@Saz28&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;You can't make a complaint via the forum, it won't be seen by Sky as the forum is manned mainly by fellow customers.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;With regards to leaving with no obligations, that can only be done if Sky cannot fix the issue and have given you that option, so have you actually reported the issues to Sky and if so what have they said?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
