    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband is slow. Less than 14MB. &amp;nbsp;I cannot download or stream. I keep running the tests that say the connection is good, which it is consistent, just very slow. &amp;nbsp;I was getting much better speed consistently with BT&lt;/P&gt;</description>

All weekend. Sunday night was a disaster - no one could watch anything on TV or their devices. Video calls glitch, even Whatsapp voice calls. Gaming experience is 'much worse' according to my son.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The TV installer is coming soon, but can he fix the wifi? I got Q because we have the dish and I didn't want to burden the wifi, but apparently it needs wifi to work...&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'd love to unravel the whole thing.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
