Sky Broadband is typically offered somewhere along the sales path for a Sky subscription television service, but as @mae-3 indicates they are separate products operating under different regulatory regimes.

Hi,

Looking to get Sky Q and broadband in a package but can't seem to see it on the website. It wants me to do separate orders for both. Is there a way of getting them both together rather than having to sort them out separately?

As far as I know broadband and TV package have to be ordered seperately because they are two diffirent types of contracts.
