&lt;P&gt;This is usually a failure of the TCP/IP connectivity layer, and can usually be fixed by rebooting the router or leaving the router off for about an hour and then plugging it back into the mains. It is a universal issue that Sky is investigating and hopefully will have a full fix in the near future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
