&lt;P&gt;Have you tried turning off the router for about an hour and plugging the router back in after this period to see whether it solves the issue. This is a known issue with losing TCP/IP connectivity but not the physical connectivity which Sky is hoping to solve in the near future.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
