Same here, it's been dropping in and out all bl***y. I've done the usual of "on off, unplug this unplug that" and the app simply tells me have connection!!

It's very poor - can sky reps escalate this from here. It's every other day for me!

Not sure mate, if they cant/don't then I can't see the point of this forum, apart from disgruntled customers moaning to each other😆 In the hope that they do read this " please, sort out our bl***y connection as this is now starting to get annoying".

Internet won't connect, little orange face flashes then goes off. But like the OP, all tests say it's working.

Maybe someone does follow the posts here, I got a message stating my Internet was not working!! I know. Went through all the usual 'disconnect this unplug that' etc and this time it worked, strange that or am I just a cynic? Whatever good luck mate 🤞
