      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://helpforum.sky.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4214909"&gt;@Angela18183&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;there have been lots of similar reports after the recent heavy rain. Open the My Sky app and click on the Service Checker ignore the first result and click on the Sky Broadband box and it wil show the current connection speed amongst other data, click on test my broadband. If the test finds a fault then it can offer to book an engineer to check the line.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If it doesnt call Sky but given a lot of these faults are caused by wet weather Openreach my not accept a fault as their automatic systems should stabilise the line in a few days.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
