If your line is dropping frequently and the online test doesnt offer an engineer to check then call Sky but be aware the recent heavy rain has caused a lot of faults so engineers are very busy.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;However the issue could be WiFi in your home which is not something Sky can guarantee.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
