    <description>&lt;P&gt;It has been a week now that I can not connect to my Wi-Fi as there is a fault. I have received messages from sky saying that they are on it and will get back to me. This is beyond a joke I'm paying for a service that is not working for so long? It's frustrating and inconvenient to me and it makes me want to go somewhere else this is not acceptable.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
