    <description>&lt;P&gt;My broadband has spent all day dropping in and out. It has now got to the point where the connection has dropped and will not reconnect. Have tried unplugging and plugging back in the router and no change. The light on the router for the internet stays amber. As I am a sky glass customer this means I also have no television. As I can not contact anybody directly in sky to try and resolve the issue and my contract is up for renewal this means I will be looking for a new provider. Customer service is shocking. The fact that you have to go onto one of these Micky mouse forums is a joke.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
