    <description>&lt;P&gt;Internet gone down 4 times in the last 2 days. Carried out check as advised by Sky on My Sky App still no internet although it did work last night. Guess I will move to another provider if this isn't resolved quickly. Any recommendations?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;David&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Same for me in ME15. The helpline run some tests and claim there is nothing wrong. Connected without Internet. This happened a few weeks ago and it turned out BT had an outage they were unaware of.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
