    <description>&lt;P&gt;I'm a new customer. I have a white sky hub.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;I've followed the set up guide. My wifi is working on my phone and my TV is working.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;But on the app is says the set up isn't complete and some services might not be available until set up is complete and hub is activated.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've tried repeating the installation.... I'm not sure what to try to get it to complete&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
