topic WiFi Dropping Out in Broadband

My WiFi has dropped out 3 times this morning during customer calls. Each time I have had to go to my box and reset where it then come back on. I have checked the broadband test on the Sky site for my area and set up and it says it is "All Good", it obviously isn't. This is making me look very unprofessional in front of key clients. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in Advance

Baz
