      <description>&lt;P&gt;Try connecting your Router directly with laptop/computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Log into 192.168.0.1 - admin - sky to log in&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;check Maintenance - Router status - if under broadband port - IPv4 domain name server is 0.0.0.0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;go to advanced, tick DMZ Server - type in 8.8.8.8 or another DNS server, then apply&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;worked for me, good luck.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
