you need to call sky directly and discuss your options

any acceptable offers must be accepted on the spot as they won't be available next time you call

For the UK, Openreach has a standard allowance of £2,800 to get a circuit to an address without current broadband or telephone service. This is intended to cover the vast majority of domestic circumstances: beyond that you'd need a survey and quotation.

Note that neither Openreach or an ISP will quote for work to extend a network within a property or to an external building: you'd need a specialist contractor for than.
