&lt;P&gt;You are not speaking directly to Sky on the forum, its mostly customer to customer based.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you have a poor WiFi connection you can try and follow some simple steps here;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-which-sky-hub&lt;/A&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If these steps dont help you could look at getting boosters from Sky but this would require you to have the Broadband Boost or WiFi Max addons.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would also add that if you have also tried a google mesh solution and that is poor as well then it could be an issue with either your line or just the WiFi environment around you. Sky are not obligated to fix WiFi problems with your home, only line issues.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
