Hi, my WiFi router isn't connecting any device saying that the password is wrong. The password hasn't been changed and matches the one on the back of the router. I've reset the router and was able to connect briefly before it kicked me off again saying the password was wrong

@BrickField1 is it possible somebody has access to the hub and is changing the pasword malicously? It is the most likely scenario as passwordcdont change from the default for any othercreason..

Factory reset the hub which is done on the black models by pressing and holding in the reset pin for up to 20 seconds untilthe piwer led flashes then release. On the newer white model you press and hold in the wps button on the right had edge for up to 30 seconds until the led starts flashing rapidly green. That will return the oassword to the value on the label.

If you even slightly suspect that someone is changing the settings and you hhave a black hub go into the web interface by typing 192.168.0.1 into a browser and click on msintenance you will be asked to log in the username is admin if you havectge flat type of hub the pasword is simply sky onntge later upright type it is the wifi password find tgecscreen forvthe hub's admin password and chsngectgstvtonsomething only you know which will stop it happening again.

If you havecthe white hub change the password for the SkybID linked to your account as you change passwords in the My Sky app

I'll try resetting it again later and update the password. When I tried this last night, I got to the change password screen on the admin page and that's when it kicked me out 😞

Of course anything is possible but factory reset procedure should work.

It would be extremely unlikely for malware to be in a router, and even more unlikely that the malware would want/could change the WiFi password as the person who created it would be more interested in having your devices on the WiFi network so they could be 'hacked'

I suspect its a dodgy hub that could be defaulting to something beyond what Sky program into each hub. I would contact them and ask for a replacement.
