I suddenly have the same problem today. For me it seems the sky DNS server the Hub is using by default is not working because when I over-rule the DNS settings on individual devices to use Google's DNS servers (8.8.8.8) they instantly start working again.

Varies device by device. you basically need to google how to update the DNS settings and add 8.8.8.8 as an additional DNS server (assuming we are all having the same problem). What are you trying to connect with?

My iPhone, laptop and tv are all connecting but showing no internet. I have an orange voice light but all other lights are green, strangely my alexa seems to be connected and running but nothing else is.

My Alexa works too, I believe it is because they use specific DNS settings rather than taking the default from the hub. We can prove if you have the same issue as me on your iphone:

Go to Settings

Then Wifi

Click the blue i in a circle next to the wifi you are using

Scroll down to DNS

Select Manual

Add Server with settings 8.8.8.8
