Internet not working

Hi. My internet is not working. I have already phoned you. The voice button on the hub is staying orange. When I phoned the man said it was an area problem. When I check my wifi on the sky app nothing is showing as a fault in my area. Can you please let me know why I don't have wifi. Thanks
