Last week we lost Internet and WiFi wasn't working. Tried all of the recommended steps with no luck, contacted Sky who said there was no issue their end and booked an engineer for the following week. The next day, service check showed that there was actually a Sky issue, which was eventually resolved.

Now having the same problem, Internet has gone and can't connect to WiFi. Service check says there are no issues in the area but I've tried all the usual steps (resetting, checking all connections, not using any third party equipment, etc.) so assuming this is another issue on Sky's end? Looks like other people are reporting the same thing.

Me too! Full fibre been dropping on & off all day. Never had an issue like this before. No work being carried out in my area, all very strange. Tried all the usual stuff. It's literally been fine for 2.5 years and now this.

We've been having the same problem since last week but it seems worse in the evenings?? WiFi consistently drops off. There better be some compensation in our monthly bill.

A whole week? I've got the Open Reach engineer coming tomorrow! 1 day was enough for me 😆 did you phone Sky about your issues?
