Why am I suddenly getting around 54mb to my phone and laptop when it's normally between 95-110mb ? This starting to do my head in as I pay for 140mb.

The speed you pay for is via a cable, not WiFi. 54mbps over WiFi in a lightly congested area is a decent enough speed. Which Sky hub do you have?

A black one. I normally get close to 95mb , it's only lately it's been fluctuating alot and getting alot less and nothings changed at my end

I'm thinking of getting full fibre. My sister has it through BT and hers is the same ( fluctuating all the time , never constant )
