Moving into the new property it looks like you have been put on a 40/10 profile by Openreach.       <title>Very low download speed</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I moved house three days ago and had Sky broadband installed the same day. I have had super fast broadband for 3 years and my download speed had always been around 45mbps. I checked yesterday on my PC, which I connect to the internet with an Ethernet cable, and my speed in the new house was 35mbps - lower than I expect but not completely awful. However, I've checked today and I'm down to 5mbps.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have tried restarting the box and tried different Ethernet cables but neither have helped. Any ideas?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
