      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have 2 green lights on the modem&amp;nbsp; but the middle light is not even orange, just off, hence no Internet connection. I turned it off and on again several times but, it's made difference.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If you get amber or red please follow the on screen instructions.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I did run broadband checker, it still said my service was fine. Thankfully my&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Internet connection is now working, it returned about 15 minutes ago. Thank you for you're time trying to help me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
